    Problem is in that jump-to “data-driven” conclusion, you’re sorta comparing apples to oranges.
    The scores of the kids in classes with 10 to 1 are brought down by the scores of the kids in classes with 39 and 40 to 1, and a teacher overwhelmed by discipline issues rather than academic possibilities. It’s still a no-brainer. Sorry Alan…and Education Gadfly.
